Five in the morning, local time, when I looked. All four cameras show a quiet scene with no sign of military personel, explosions, panic, or anything out of the ordinary.

At 04:00ish top right camera had flares of light from explosions in the distance and the audio had the sounds of heavy machine gun fire.
