INAL, but I believe the defense is requesting a mistrial along with all charges to be dismissed with prejudice so they don't get a do-over.

Agreed. Wouldn't a mistrial mean they have to redo it? If he's doing well a not guilty then this shit is over and done with.

Not sure if there is a civil case against him by the kikes though.

The one where he said he was glad he brought his gun because he was defending his life. The one the prosecution is trying to say is the reason why he was questioning his silence.

He didn't fuck up if it's a clear case of self-defense which it is.

No, he was trying to get Kyle to admit that he held his silence (exploiting his 5th amendment right) in order to tailor his story for the jury after all these people testified. It was a blatant attack upon his 5th amendment right to keep silent. Binger, the prosecutor, should be disbarred.
