Anytime a leftist comes up with taxes like these the best response is to suggest an audit of all state spending to find corruption and waste than can be better spent and to not have to raise taxes.

Name one instance where government has helped a citizen. Rather, they aid corporations. Welfare is not help to citizens. It's actually subsidizing corporations by allowing corporations to pay workers a slave wage and then forcing productive members of society to pick up the rest.

Im not sure why you get all of this out of my statement and I willing to bet I'm older than you. My father worked for 60 years from his early childhood all the way up to his death at 67.
