I train jr engineers. Had at least two homeschooled kids in the groups. They were both of the timid sort. But they asked the questions I wanted to hear, they suggested things I wanted them to suggest. They picked the points I was trying to make. I wish I could have more of that. Had 1 black dude had to train. Dude was always late. And fkr would just wonder off during shit I was trying to point out… like wtf. Homeschooled White males. Only issue is I wish they had more confidence. I guess be hard to be confident in a room full of clowns.
