well fuck, that script rewrite now needs to happen immediately and not later. the script has just grown too big past its intended count of both system features and biome count. it was made for 3 or 4 biomes and now its handling almost 26. it got made with a core set of system features, but had to have almost a third of that set size added in later in an improvised manner, not a planned-out manner. the current script rendition is like running a racecar on a pinto engine with some ducttape applied. i think i just broke it. might need a few days to patch the script back up from square one, using working bits of the existing code :p
