Shit like this is a response to the insane laws places like Colorado are trying to pass. Also, Stripper clips are pretty easy to use. Mags are more reliable and fast but if you train with clips its not that hard.

laughs at Colorado in Revolver

Oh, they are coming for you too. It's just a matter of time until they say "anything that is not hand-loaded with black powder, shot and a wad is now banned".

A partial solution is boondock saints. Just carry like 8 of them fully loaded on you at all times. Who needs to reload when you can just toss it away and pull out a new fully loaded gun? That's even faster than a mag switch.

Oh im not doubting they want every gun i own. Communist states aside though, if they try this nationwide, there will be death from it

5.7, kek. indians can't into a 4 bore.

[–] 1 pt 3mo

Kinda shocked 5.7 is getting traction like it is. Figured it was a gimmick round like .17 hmr or .357 sig

5.7 is awesome to shoot and a full power round has twice the energy of a 9mm with half the kick, penetrates everything and more capacity than 9mm.

I'm not shitting in the round, don't misunderstand me. It has a definite role. I don't agree with the energy statement however, based on Paul Harrell's tests on the round. I will not argue about the penetration about the round. It's designed to penetrate body armor, which is great for military and certain civilian applications, like armored car drivers. But as an overall round, it has major issues for the average fud to use. OVER penetration being one.

I lol everytime someone says over penetrate. It's a fucking gun, it's supposed to penetrate. Go buy a slingshot if you're worried about going too far.

It was a big boost for 5.7 when NATO adopted it...

[–] 0 pt 3mo

Didn't know they had. Makes sense since the round can pierce 3a body armor.

It won't be replacing the 9mm but it will be used in some situations..
