I choose to believe he aerated the guy on the spot, and the rest was just his ironclad self defense story he and his wife agreed on.

If she had a gun trained on this dude, she should have been prepared to shoot him as soon as he twitched. It’s ridiculous to leave this decision to a woman. They could have just shot him in their yard if that was their intention. Instead they kept him in eyesight until he could be properly detained and one of the parties was forced to defend the other party when the suspect overpowered her and took control of her weapon. No jail for these guys. Hope the creep is dead.
