Still haven't come around on appendix. 3 o'clock OWB is my preferred, same place for IWB would be number 2, but the most common way I carry is pocket. It's too easy to drop the AirLite 357 in my right jacket pocket and my cellular phone in the other to balance it out.
I carry AIWB 95% of the time, and 4 o'clock IWB when I wear a jacket that helps hide the printing. I've never used a Holstra holster, though.

Depends on the gun, but 4 o'clock IWB or OWB is my preferred. Even after I lost (most) of my gut, appendix just feels wildly uncomfortable to me, particularly if you have to sit down. I guess it works for some people, but it ain't me.
