You know that during the cold war all of the launch codes were set to all 1's? It was because the military thought the gov would take too long to act and wanted to be able to launch without their go-ahead..... Just saying.

I wonder if the spinners (I assume they are like a combo lock) sping back to 9 or if they bottom lock on 0?
