He knows. We all know. Anyone that is even slightly into the "gun community" knows the stats and the bullshit. He's just not willing to (usually) say the quiet part out loud.
On rare occasion he has said things like "the usual suspect" while giving the camera the "knowing look". He has also called out "gangster culture" but still wont just say "fuck it, we know its blacks and often spcis".
