You purchased a firearm and they didn't give you a tracking number for the package? That should give you the location it was shipped from at the very least, and you can contact them.
That being said, you need to contact the FFL holder again as well, and ask how they 'sent it back'. You can't usually just tell the parcel delivery service "I don't want this, return it to the sender", you actually have to pay for it to be sent back, in which case they should have a tracking number as well.
All in all, if what you said is true, this stinks to high heaven. Figure out what happened because you need to protect yourself.

It sort of sounds like the shit got looted from niggers in LA stealing shit from trains or got into the cartel pipeline somehow. It should not be this easy for shipped guns (esp to a FFL) to just.. go poof.
If nothing else you should be filing reports/insurance/etc with the shipping companies to get your money back at a minimum.
