Just gotta call up a local sheriff's office there and ask if they have them in stock. They don't even ask your name when you go to pick it up in person.

Though, I am by nature a paranoid person and I can see privacy being an issue, especially to people who are against any registration of guns for any reason.

I agree privacy is a paramount concern but in the case of gun locks it's one of those things they'll give you no questions asked b/c it keeps kids from firing them.
