Let's talk about Arkansas' biggest landowner...Bill Gates. He's American, sure, but that is none too comforting. There should be a higher standard for anyone who owns huge swaths of American real estate, to be sure the greater good is being served and, that ownership stays local.

This is a no brainer. No foreigner can Own land in China. There should not be a single acre owned by China in the USA.

The land will probably be bought up by Blackrock and friends. At a minimum, the law should mandate that it be sold to private citizens who have resided in Arkansas for at least the last 10 years.
