I saw a report that Russia was using the plant as a “human shield” to prevent shelling lol. It needed to be inspected but Russia won’t allow it. I’m sure if true Russia has its own nuclear reactor techs to make sure it doesn’t melt down while it’s troops are in its direct vicinity.
