Every place even slightly capable of feeding itself immediately decentralizes and reorganizes around the local level because foreign trade doesn't exist and cross state trade barely exists and youve got warring factions flooding out of cities eating and raping everything. Whos going to pony up the resources to support every city in the western world? FEMA can't even do one city. The fuel, the vehicles, the people and logistics impossible. I told you this was a game where everyone loses. They wont see their totalitarian dystopia either. It's just going to be a dark ages where people balkanize back into tribes with much more decentralization. Not totally a bad thing but life will be a lot harder and we will lose a bunch of technology.
