The school admin and teachers like her have a hive mind. Because they’re all in agreement about indoctrination, they’ll get each other’s backs. That goes without saying.

She can use the “I’m just following policy” excuse all day, but following illegal orders is still illegal.

That kid’s parents should still sue because this should have never happened in the first place. Make an example out of these fucks to send a chill effect across the country to their brethren.

Also, this is the sort of shit the ACLU should be all over..sometimes they actually fulfill their mission statement outside of their political leanings..it’s rare, but it happens.

And for the teacher to use a quote from some midwit propaganda whore as a basis of historical fact is just intellectually lazy. They should be sued for attempting to violate his rights, and it ought to make them consider the idea that if they are going to hold a job as a teacher, perhaps a bare minimum prerequisite should be that they know basic fucking history.

But even without knowing, the lazy cunt could have looked it up from a reputable historical source. There’s plenty of them out there..probably even in the school’s own fucking library.

I’m just saying that if you’re considering that you may possibly (or certainly) violate someone’s constitutional rights, you should probably make damn sure you’re correct and that it’s warranted. For example, cops are supposed to get a warrant before violating your 4th amendment rights. Or the fact that you have to be convicted of a felony by a jury of your peers before they can take your second amendment and right to vote.

A cop can’t just go “well I’m searching your shit without a warrant because I read an article by a media whore that says I can.”

Shit doesn’t work like that.

Ikr, it's so frustrating already knowing the entire premise for this is just plain wrong and incorrect, yet how does one quickly, simply resolve an issue when the other side is immovable and purposely ignorant to their mistake. Beat the charge, can't bet the ride.

From a picture yesterday the actual gasden patch he has on his bag is about 4-5 inches x 3inch among several others. A teacher literally needed to go out of their way to find something to critique. Fuck this world.

The way you resolve it is that you make it to where it’s not worth it for them to do this sort of shit. Incentivize them in the opposite direction. That’s why I say sue the living shit out of them anyways. It’ll only take a few (at maximum) cases like this where the school district dishes out a crazy payment before they stop intruding into everyone else’s lives and start doing their actual fucking job.

The same thing has started with the ESG bullshit. Some guy (a stockholder) is suing over all that woke tranny shit being forced down from the corporate office, and within a week of that all these big companies have been dropping ESG.

So at the risk of repeating myself, that’s how you get rid of this shit. You sue the fuck out of them until they collectively realize that it’s not worth it to keep doing all this shit. Make an example out of every one of them that you can until they stop giving you the opportunity.

Yea, A couple of Law Firms have apparently offered their services - so best bet is they file suit, and then the school district (with luck - who knows in this upside down clown world) eats its own dick.
