It seems like this has been the way to go in the past, but I'm not 100% sure myself.
gun-free zones don't seem to be working.
Private businesses on their private land and such can choose is what I figure though for it to be either way.

We need to see what happens in the Virginia case. I've heard that the husband of one of the women killed is suing because of their no guns policy. If he wins, then I think businesses will start allowing guns so that they don't get sued.

I think businesses are private property. Having the federal government and/or state government force something like this doesn't seem right either as well.
