Well not like people who think that bullets seek baby skulls by sensing body temperature and that when you shoot an high capacity mag empty you cant refill it would care for those facts. But its interesting to see how they wrote in a specific sum (200$) into the bill instead of some other jewery that would keep the hurdle high as inflation grows.
