The model was just used for the movements. It does not say that the model was used to draw the character, though the similarity suggests it was. Also, those ARE impossible beauty standards for non whites. Even for many white girls who just don't have the right bone structure. But it was never supposed to be a standard, rather it is an ideal. Everyone should aspire to get as close as possible.
