It's easy.

I had a bad bad relationship. Gained too much weight due to the depression from a shitty relationship.

Started focusing on me. Saw that I did not look good in the mirror. Started losing weight.

Broke it off with her.

Kept at my diet and exercise.

Got in the best shape of my life.

Went from 232lbs to 185lbs.

From fat to fit. It's not hard at all...just requires willpower. Which is extremely difficult for most people.

As I type this, I'm eating a protein bar for my lunch instead of fast food or take out like most Americans in office jobs do during lunch. It's a lifestyle. It's not your genes.
