I've been doing tmad/omad since before it was a trend. It's only bad if you do it everyday and if you are predisposed to binge eating.

Have you been researching it at all or just agreeing with trendy news you read?

lol it’s literally the most trending fad right now and for the past few years, along with keto bs. So, clearly I’m not agreeing with the tRénDs. Anyway, omad is terrible even if infrequent. You might be confusing potential benefits of fasting a day per week or less.

I've been doing tmad and omad for 20 years. It's been great.

You might try reading some research from reputable resources (i.e. doctors, white papers). It has no negative consequences if done right.

Perhaps you will no longer be a "fatphuc" anymore if you give it a try.

Oy goyim listen to the doctors, they know what’s good for you. Get your jabs, put your masks on. Do you always appeal to authority?

Anyway, I was indeed referring to scientific studies conducted on this matter showing conclusively omad and tmad is bad in the long run. It’s actually bad in the short run too if you don’t have a top notch metabolism. They are trying to bury these studies very aggressively now. Almost as aggressively as pushing the jab - almost. I will try to find the link to one particular study that came out recently. Conducted by a doctor who himself practised omad and low carb. When he saw the results, he immediately stopped omad and bow advises all his patients against it.
