Guilty of doing these things in real life recently, have caught myself boredom eating ridiculous and unhealthy foods, well beyond what my body needs for my sedentary activity level. My usual weight when living an active lifestyle is 140lbs, I'm sitting at about 170lbs now, and it's 100% from doing stupid shit like eating two bowls of pasta for no reason before going to bed.

Habits are a bitch to break, but I'm trying to get myself back down into the 130-140lb range.

Yes, that's why I'm an asshole for doing it, eating before you sleep guarantees that what you've eaten is going to turn into extra lard in your ass.
