Like she has never eaten margerine at all, no siree.

Having said that I've recently taken up baking and use real full fat butter with rapeseed oil for easier spreading / mixing.

I have never willingly chosen to use margerine. Both saturated and trans fats increase bad cholesterol, but only trans fats reduce healthy cholesterol.

Reducing saturated fat intake showed no link to reduced heart disease or stroke, but reducing trans fats does.

So eat all the real dairy buttery shit you want.

It's not a "she". Look at it. It's an obese, mentally deranged man in his 60s.

I also just found out about this shit:

https://groceries.morrisons.com/products/lurpak-spreadable-lighter-with-olive-oil-377521011

Less butter, more oil (non hydrogenated), tastes the same, much less fat.

I'm gonna try that one next for my baking.

Be careful if the oils are Polyunsaturated, those oils lower testosterone. Monounsaturated and Saturated fats increase T levels, polyunsaturated fats lower T levels.

Everyone who's not America is wrong. Rapeseed is the objectively superior nomenclature
