Less butter, more oil (non hydrogenated), tastes the same, much less fat.

I'm gonna try that one next for my baking.

Be careful if the oils are Polyunsaturated, those oils lower testosterone. Monounsaturated and Saturated fats increase T levels, polyunsaturated fats lower T levels.

So I want less of saturated and polyunsaturated.

I normally get Anchor or Lurpak which are both Butter & Rapeseed oil only, and will tey the olive oil one next.

Saturated you want SOME of, but as long as you're not going vegan or anything, yes. A good rule of thumb is reduce saturated.

Monounsaturated is probably the best one for you, which is mostly olive oil.
