Keto is the easiest damn diet ever. Your body naturally produces ketones when you put down the bread and sugar. Yet I still see lazy people buying products with ketones thinking they don't have to stop eating the carbs. You can literally eat butter and cheese and bacon and you'll lose weight, yet they still refuse to do it properly. "It's my cheat day" (6 days a week)

Some people you just can't ever help.
