My grandma's legs (No relation thank God, was adopted) ended up like this. Her rotting, swollen legs are part of my childhood memories. She died such an awful death. Could barely walk for about 10 years then was in so much pain she was in a medically induced coma when she died, wasn't able to say goodbye or anything. She was like 800 lbs when she died. She had lymphodema and wouldn't stop eating. The worst part is she pretended to follow the 800 calorie diet her doctor put her on, then told her kids they were all just unable to lose weight or stay at a healthy weight due to genetics (not because she overfed them as kids and they never bothered to learn healthy portions, noooo its genetics). One of her kids already died prematurely bc she didn't want to accept her mom lied. 'People' like this are a lost cause and truly evil. Anyway, sorry for the rant lol. These nasty beetus feet just bring up awful memories. Glad you made it to Poal. I was so worried FPH would die but it looks like a lot of Voat/FPH users moved here.
