He was fantastic. I had a substitute teacher that said his daughter was dating him. Nobody believed him. He showed up the next day with pictures of them at the beach. Our cool school bus driver played him in the morning on DC 101 and I do remember when he said that live. He replaced the lesser funny but way more famous Howard Stern.

Wow, bus driver played that on the bus must kept the kids quiet and laughing on those hot and cold days on the long bus rides. Too funny- and yes Stern was always creepy to me.

Didn't mention but he was a super fit body builder. The exact opposite of stern.

Greaseman was the best. This guy had more talent in his pinky finger than Stern had in total. It is a real shame what happened with him. I remember the "getting dragged by trucks" comment. As soon as I heard it, I knew he was done. He did a few stints on smaller radio stations for a while. If you're not familiar with him, look him up. http://www.greaseman.org/ This guy was absolutely brilliant. I still miss his show.
