Officer Brandon Tatum is a realist who speaks with Good Authority to his own people. Yeah, I capitalized 'Good Authority' because so few people have it. It takes integrity not to be a sheeple, and courage to speak up about it to people who don't want to hear. Tatum doesn't hate whites, and he does not pander to the victim narrative of blacks.
