Make sure dashcam has cameras for both front and back and you'll be good, also make sure power cable that comes with it is long enough for you to pull it around the car and that it's either usb or lighter plug - whichever you prefer.

Other than than that you get what you pay for.

For detectors, the Escort Passport series and the Valentine One are the gold standards. The Valentine is made in the US. I'd personally go Valentine if I was in the market.

Escort redline max, if you can find one. Latest and greatest. If money is truely no object. Get the newest escort installers series radar/laser detector and laser jammers. Installed, you're looking at $5k? 2 jammers and antenna front and 2 jammers and antenna rear. You are invisible to any police radars/lasers.

E: You cannot jam radar, you can only detect it, which is very easy to do. Therefore there is no need to jam.
