Seeing thousands of acres of farm land for sale where I live and solar "farm" eyesores

They should build large solar arrays around concrete man-made waterways. It creates a cooling effect in the area, decreases loss due to evaporation, creates micro climates for plants, animals, bugs, etc... All on land that is basically useless and no one farms/ranches on.

China is already doing it. We are -starting- to do it but it makes so much more sense than building over farm land. It also makes it WAY easier to clean them. Dust alone can decrease efficiency 10%+
