Llewellyn handed the man $20, but was allegedly owed change, per the New York Post. Rather than hand over the difference, the vendor allegedly ran off with the cash, prompting Llewellyn to chase after him.

I avoid street vendors in general but absolutely will never buy anything from a non-human street vendor.
