One aspect of the diversity-equity-inclusion hoax that has never been considered is the complete collapse of morale among the remaining Whites in any complex industry when undeserving mudpeople are hired and/or promoted above qualified Whites. Even if the company has billions of dollars to waste on hiring incompetent non-Whites, the remaining White people will slowly stop caring about the quality of work even to the point of complete apathy.
"Hey Boeing, I'm not going to tell that nigger he did it wrong... that would get me fired for racism. I'm not going to tell that sheboon to stay away from the intake... she would go to HR if I did. I'm not going to redo some "person-of-colors" job on top of my own because the engine could go on fire. I hope it does. I hope the fucking plane crashes into a billionaire's wedding and kills everyone onboard and in the synagogue. And I hope this company is forced to go out of business"
All aspects of DEI should be considered before committing your company to an experiment in social engineering.
