Collectivism is so cringy. As if success were some team sport where I somehow benefit from the existence of rich white people. This is why blacks are so underaccomplished; they lack individualism and the personal responsibility it bestows. Whites are successful despite all the laws preventing us from hiring and promoting our own. Every other ethnic group favours their own kind, setting up scholarships and operating businesses where they exclusively hire from their group, even if it requires visas and flights yet whites without community still outperform due to a high sense of personal responsibility and self-determination. I will not apologise for my work ethic.
