It's cool the kid got stuff from the team. I'm really annoyed at the dad who capitulated to the woman. He should have just told her to fuck off.

He really should have. He was not wanting to deal with that crazy lady and decided it wasn't worth it and maybe freaked out on what might happen in the media.

I would have still told her to fuck off and if the media asked what I said I would tell them.
