I think everyone is missing the bigger point of all this. This is just going to be the excuse for the new laws concerning AI, as a whole. Sure, it starts with a famous, rich female pointing fingers at the nudity and possible lost revenues. (jews respond to sheckles.) The bill (new law) will have other protections built into it. (Pork fat.) Things concerning new protections for the protected classes. No more depictions of kikes, niggers, Indians, etc. in certain situations. No more hall of cost, period. Etc , etc, etc. Nothing good will come of this. White man, has once again, made a new technology that has massive potential. (Please use your imagination, it really does have potential, even beyond fighting censorship/brainwashing/manipulation/control/etc.) AI will be taken away and neutered, at best.
