Right. "Unintentional". Like I believe that for half a second. It would cost them a lot of money to store/record all of that audio. This is 100% intentional.

That includes iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks, HomePods, iPod touches, and Apple TVs, the settlement agreement noted. Each customer can submit claims for up to five devices.
