That incorrect usage of 'were 17,000' instead of 'where 17,000'.

I had to look up the article to see if it actually had that error in the headline or if the article had the correct word and the wrong word was intentionally added to the pic for tracking as is usually done in memes/kemes with typos that are included intentionally.

The article does have the wrong word written in the title:

"No toilets, rats running rampant and tainted food that sickened more than 250 employees were found inside the facility were 17,000 people worked"

Even now, nearly 2 years later, it still has the incorrect word in the title and nobody ever corrected it.

The dailymail is a low quality dumping ground for modified hangouts and information overload. They like to leak verifiable truths there, because half of what they publish is bullshit, so it taints the true information by association. The misspellings and grammatical errors on that site are a feature, not a bug. It's intended to be a questionable (((news source))).

I'm not sure I'm following you here.

Both the article and screenshot contain the "were 17,000 people worked" error.

That is what I was looking up the article to make sure of, to see if the original article also contained the error in its title or if it was only present in the meme image and it was correct in the article.

It was an actual typo on the article title and it wasn't that it was a 'tracking typo' put into the meme when the person combined the two images together, which so many pics/memes contain these 'errors' intentionally. I try to correct or remove tracking typos/errors/bars/etcetera in memes whenever I see them to break this tracking.

EDIT: Or at least I used to make a point of 'cleaning' the image of its tracking elements. I think image tracking and "AI" becoming so widespread in use, it might not make any difference anymore.

I don't think typos are used for tracking.

There are much better ways (invisible to users) to do it, such as steganography.

Interesting, there once was a society that invented sanitation. It's too bad people are not aware of this; many people would not get sick or be killed by poor sanitation.

Oh well.
