Do you have a recipe for this? My Wife would like to try it out.
I don’t, which is unusual as I do normally follow a recipe, but I’ve been making fried rice and stir frys for years, so it was more intuitive. It’s not hard, and there are plenty of recipes out there. I did use 2 day old rice that was steamed in my homemade chicken broth. Cooked, chilled rice is key. She should absolutely give it a go.
