First time I tasted it, was at work. Put my meal into the microwave and spied a bunch of this "leafy parsley". I like parsley, no one will notice a little bit missing, I slyly thought to myself.

Then what happened: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS PARSLEY! No Sir, did not like it.

Cilantro (aka Coriander) is best used in sauces and soups. Especially when it involves river/lake fish or lamb.
