Olive oil and oregano on bottom, Mayo on top
Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley
Top with spinach and provolone
Coat outside with butter like a grilled cheese, add garlic powder
Cook in Panni press
Add grated parmesan and parsley on top
Served with chips, and hot n' sweet peppers.
