Pickling brine is these brought just to a boil to dissolve:

1c water 1c vinegar (white, cider, your choice. I used hwhite here) 2 T salt 1 T sugar (optional)

Scale that to however much pickling you want to do.

Added to most of the jars: Bay Leaf Peppercorns Pickling Spice Garlic clove

The spicy eggs have chili P, a dried arbol chili and cayenne

In a couple weeks they can be enjoyed

Then the pic guy needs to add an option to compress because I’d hate to have to go through that for every image on here or anywhere.
