Israeli art students took on an art project in August of 2001, where they were given construction access to the building. Their cohorts were found celebrating and dancing at the explosion and one of their cohorts tested positive for explosive material. The artists are the most likely suspects and their art is pretty damning, given the people jumping off the building in their art and mentions of bad plane food... with a circle showing the path of the planes flying over.
