I am starting to wonder if this is all complete bullshit. I remember how the Bidumb administration would always release rosy numbers to a bunch of hoopla and fanfare and then months later right before the next report they would quietly revise the numbers sharply down. Then a few days later they would release new awesome numbers only to do the same thing over and over.
