According to Mark Dice recent video, they saw that guy on the roof top and didn't shoot because they couldn't see the weapon and were worried they would have shot a photographer. They could have warned their teammates on stage to take Trump away for a while just to confirm the guy on the rooftop wasn't a threat. But they didn't. The reason why still remains. Also they wouldn't have to deal with that if the few buildings around the area were guarded by secret services. The shooter was pointed at by people and cops knew it, yet they did nothing. A warning shot from one of the cops would have distracted the shooter and have given a few seconds for Trump to get taken off the stage by the secret service. Trump was supposed to die that day, and the left is now in deep shit, because when he'll become 47, he's going after them, and they know it.
