No because it's an impossible improbable task. How do you know they are collapsing from the vax? There are a lot of cctv cameras and even more people. There would be no way to distinguish. So whoever would try to make an archive/collection of such videos would certainly be a liar and or stupid.
Kind of like people are already doing with cctv footage of people having seizures claiming it's the vax making them "see demons" before they collapse in the street.

Sure we can all speculate and assume, but that's very different from "knowing." Believe it or not people were collapsing and dying on camera long before "the vax." But now that everyone is programmed with their various agendas everyone notices? And it's gotta be the vax?
I do believe the vax is killing people. But I'm not so ignorant as to be under the assumption that every time i hear about someone dying for an unknown (to the observer) reason it has to be the vax that killed them...
