We don't know what we're seeing here. Maybe Biden, maybe not. Maybe an underaged girl, maybe not (could be a small Asian woman). Maybe she's the guy's daughter and they were in a hot tub. Maybe the whole family are nudists. Point is, there is no way to know, so don't get excited.
