middle-class doctor
Why, what does middle class mean in North America? In Europe even someone like Elon Musk would be considered middle class (well quite far upper middle class) because upper class is the preserve of the nobility. In European countries without nobilities we just never refer to an upper class at all, with middle class effectively the pinnacle.

Whatever, no. You are not considered middle class when you're a billionaire sorry, not in europe or anywhere else in the world, never has been never will be
Except if you're billionaire in zimbawe dollar but that doesn't count
It has nothing to do with money. Richard Branson is a British billionaire but is still a commoner and therefore not upper class. Upper class means nobility, you cannot be both a commoner and upper class.
No. Thinking that only Nobility are running or the upper class is why your country fails at success.
