Why, what does middle class mean in North America? In Europe even someone like Elon Musk would be considered middle class (well quite far upper middle class) because upper class is the preserve of the nobility. In European countries without nobilities we just never refer to an upper class at all, with middle class effectively the pinnacle.

mRNA technology has great potential for cancer treatment. If you have a fatal cancer, you're willing to take on risks of blood clots and autoimmune conditions to stay alive. It doesn't make sense if you are healthy. He is a good guy whose work got corrupted by others.
