What is its power source? What about antennas? What kind of TX power could it have? With nanowatts of power, we're talking about distances of maybe inches. Would it be enough above the noise floor to even be received?
Happy to entertain such notions but this seems pretty far out there and I can't make sense of it.

I do not think this is too far fetched. The body is full of energy, and we have signals bouncing off of us all day, every day.
Do I believe this guy? I don't know. But if this were real, how different would the video be? If you found this, how would you get the word out? It's one of those things that I keep in my mind until I can confirm or deny it. A potentiality.
I completely agree the basis of the technology exists. Which is why I asked the questions I did. What good is it if it can't do all the things it's claimed to do?
