I don't quite understand why Hitler allegedly committed suicide. If he was so willing to struggle against jews, his participation in the trial could have added the last word about the jewish conspiracy. Also, why killing all his family?

Hitler shot his wife (who he married on the day) and himself because he expected to be torn apart alive by the approaching Soviet solders.

Also, he ordered his body to be burned because he expected his corpse to be publicly displayed and shamed.
