This article is quite old, but I'm sharing it because I can't be the only one to feel like it has been uncannily accurate in predicting an increasingly precipitous decline until 2020, and then beginning a sort of spiraling civilization collapse. I'm not sure how to square it with Christianity, as that could verge on syncrentism.
